Why We Should Study The Lives Of Men... Even Men That We Hate.
If women want to understand power, we need to go to the source of it.
I made a post asking women in my subreddit about their “unique combination of skills”. Examples of this include Joe Rogan (podcaster, MMA fighter and commentator, TV show host, and comedian) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (Politician, Actor, bodybuilder). I gave those two examples because of the conversations that Joe Rogan had with Naval and the Twitter article/twitter thread about high-agency people that reference Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I watch the Joe Rogan experience when he is discussing topics that I find interesting. However, I am not Joe Rogan stan. I also do not remember when I last thought of Arnold Schwarzenegger, he is just the example of a high-agency individual. He used his accent and body-building activity to become one of the most iconic characters in American cinema and marry into the American royal family. This does not mean that I justify his infidelity or other indiscretions, I just have learned the ability to take what I can learn from every character and disregard the rest. I do not need to love everything about Mr. Schwarzenegger to find some of the things that he did as remarkable.
That thread was met with lots of disagreement because I mentioned men that certain women did not like. This is a theme that I have seen when I cover anyone in this newsletter. People have hated Wendy Williams, Beyonce, Cardi B, etc. The only women who have not received ridicule are Josephine Baker and Joan of Arc. This is amusing because those women were hated while they were alive, Joan of Arc was literally burnt at the stake.
WHY WE SHOULD STUDY MEN IN SOCIETY
I am an ethnic minority but have always made sure to have multiple WHITE MALE MENTORS. I do not just pick anyone, I pick the mentors that I know want me to succeed, and have shown so by their actions.
This is very important because I know that people who look like me have not gotten to the top of my field. If the people who look like me do not have the key, I need to go find the people that do.
If the strategies that women have historically used out of necessity, such as beauty and marriage, have not granted us collective wealth, we need to try new strategies! The next question is, “what are the strategies that men have used to acquire power, and can I use those strategies?” and we are in a time in history where the answer is YES!
Women alive today do not truly know power. Yes, there are countries like Germany and New Zealand that have made strides towards equality between the sexes but women globally are always under the threat of male violence. True female equality would be countries where there is a female Putin that conspires with her female friends to hoard the countries wealth. True equality would be countries where men are forced by state violence to dress a certain type of way or be arrested or harassed. True equality in the case of America, would not be one female president but 46 female presidents. True equality would mean that there are countries where men’s reproductive rights are taken away.
The two men that I listen to earlier, Joe Rogan and Arnold Schwarzenegger, all acquired power through charisma, physical strength, notoriety, and wealth. These are all things that women can acquire today.
Let us start with Joe Rogan. I am not his stan, I enjoy his podcast but do not consume it religiously. According to Spotify, Joe Rogan is number 1 in the Spotify podcast charts. This man grow up without his father and described himself as a “loser” for the early part of his childhood. How is such a man able to get more listening ears than established news companies like CNN. How is this possible? What does it say about our culture that people trust Joe Rogan more than they do CNN or MSNBC? How can we capitalize on this? If Joe Rogan is the male Oprah, who is the new “Oprah” for women? I want to create a community where we answer those questions.
Understanding and studying the lives of men that acquire power, even those that you do not like, help us to better understand the state of the culture and society. This understanding will allow us to position ourselves strategically.
With all this being said, who should not be in this community:
For women who want to “level up” by improving their appearance. If beauty was the key to power, women would not be the global chattel class. THIS IS A COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO USE A COMBINATION OF THE SKILLS, INGENUITY, AND HARD WORK TO GAIN POWER. That power can be used to advance whatever socio-economic and political ideologies that those women have.
Simple-minded women who only think in binaries should leave.
Women who moralize everything should not be here.
Women who are unwilling to learn from people that they disagree with should leave.
Women who use their morals to think they are better than other people should leave.
Women who do not want to play the game of life should not be here. In this community, we understand that the game is being played, whether we want to or not. Hence if you do not play, you will LOSE BY DEFAULT.

This post is so eerie. I was just getting ready to explain to some women I know exactly this although with a few different examples etc. Men have obviously been doing something right even if it's just right for them. Great post.
I definitely agree. I've found that a lot of women are too focused on being perfect. Part of this might just be politics, though, because a lot of the women I know are more left-leaning, and the left tends to go down a far more strict purity spiral than the right, which is dominated by male opinions. Either way, the only way forward is to say what you want to say and not care about the naysayers.
