Your solution to avoiding state violence is... move to another state? Not very effective, not does it address any ways a woman who can't up and move can protect herself. For anyone reading this comment, I suggest three things: 1) Get a gun, and learn how to use it competently. 2) Build connections with people knowledgeable of aspects of government (economists, accountants, sociologists, etc), as they can explain what's happening to you clearly and with less BS than the news. 3) Arm yourself with competence. If the grocery store cannot feed you, do you have skills to feed yourself? Learn how to survive independently.
