On "high impact work," a good way to identify your company's priorities is to read through a recent earnings call transcript or read through the job descriptions of high level jobs in your department. Then figure out how what you're working on can best address these needs.

If you knew someone was going out of their way to make you more money, wouldn't you try to help them?

For point #1, I was thinking that there's also ways to become rich and successful even if your career itself doesn't pay well, has a limit, or you hit a roadblock. For some examples: becoming an influencer (Tiktok/YouTube/blogging or vlogging), starting a brand, selling products, writing books/courses, or branching off/niche-ing in some other way. I think as long as you are innovative and willing to really hustle, it never hurts to follow your true passion!
